If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Airspeak designs and manufactures industrial automation products including motor controllers, water level controllers, AMF controllers, and IoT devices. All products are manufactured in India.

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly. We make every effort to display accurate colours and details, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the product.

Product specifications, features, and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the product detail page for the most current information at the time of purchase.

All prices displayed on airspeak.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and wallets. Payment is required at the time of placing the order.

While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Placing an order on airspeak.in constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order based on product availability, payment verification, or other factors.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and product availability. We will communicate any significant delays via email or phone.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

All Airspeak products are built to industrial-grade standards and are covered by our manufacturer warranty. The specific warranty period varies by product and is mentioned on the respective product page.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, power surges, or natural disasters.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Return shipping costs for defective products will be borne by Airspeak.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Custom or specially configured products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.

Airspeak products must be installed by a qualified electrician or technician following the installation guide provided with each product. Improper installation may void the warranty and can be hazardous.

We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow the product's installation and safety guidelines.

When you create an account on airspeak.in, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, or misuse of our services.

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting our support team.

All content on airspeak.in — including text, graphics, logos, product images, software, and design — is the property of Airspeak or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without prior written consent from Airspeak.

The "Airspeak" name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Airspeak. Unauthorised use of any Airspeak trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Airspeak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) even if Airspeak has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
